Adelina Yard opened it’s doors in Bristol in December 2015, serving modern European food in a relaxed, family atmosphere.
Chefs Jamie Randall and Olivia Barry head up our creative and enthusiastic team of chef’s, serving exciting flavour combinations from carefully sourced local ingredients. Our food has it’s foundations in the classics that all of our chefs have trained in, but with a forward thinking twist and always delivered with a smile and without pomp. We take care in creating almost everything that reaches your plate under the Adelina Yard roof; including baking our own bread, churning our own butter and curing our own meats. Everything that you eat has been planned and prepared by us. Whether your thing is wearing trainers or rocking a three piece suit; our aim is to give you a culinary experience that is second to none and a damn good time!

Jamie

Jamie, originally from Deal in Kent, completed his training at Thanet Catering College and is a past winner of the Annual Award for Excellence from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts. Jamie worked at St. Albans (Corbin and King group) before joining Galvin La Chappelle, where he was part of the team that gained a Michelin starr. Prior to making Bristol his home, Jamie was head chef at Bryn Williams’ Odettes, in Primrose Hill London.

Olivia

Olivia is a born and bred Bristol girl; upping sticks aged 17 to embark upon the prestigious apprenticeship under the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts where she was one of just four students to achieve a Diploma in Professional Cookery with distinction. The girl ‘done’ good! Since then, she has worked at St. Albans and The Wolseley, Wright Brothers in Soho and for the Galvin Brothers. Prior to returning home, Olivia worked under Angela Hartnett at her Michelin-starred Murano in Mayfair, London.
